Mario L. Barnaba

Partner

Mario L. Barnaba graduated cum laude from Villanova University in 1984 receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1987. Mr. Barnaba was admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Court for New Jersey in 1987. He was also admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1989 and The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 2012. He was a member of the Arthur T. Vanderbilt Inns of Court from 1990-1992. Mr. Barnaba was selected and continues to serve as a panel Arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association. He also serves as an Arbitrator in Camden and Burlington Counties, and is frequently named as a defense Arbitrator in uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Barnaba is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Mercer County Bar Association and The Camden County Bar Association.


Dennis M. Marconi

Dennis M. Marconi completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University in 1985 receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He earned his law degree from Rutgers School of Law in 1988. Mr. Marconi was admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the Pennsylvania Bar and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 1990. He was also admitted to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1990. Notably, he was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Trial Attorney in 1998. Mr. Marconi has also served as an Arbitrator in Camden and Burlington Counties, and named as a defense Arbitrator in uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. Mr. Marconi is also a member of The American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, The Burlington County Bar Association and The Camden County Bar Association.


Michael C. Corcoran

Michael C. Corcoran earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1991 from King’s College. He went on to receive his degree his law degree from the Widener University school of Law in 1977. Mr. Corcoran concentrates his practice in the areas of liquor liabilities and premises liability. He was admitted to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania In 1997. He is also admitted to the U.S District Court, New Jersey and the U.S District Court, Eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Corcoran is also a member of both the New Jersey and Philadelphia Bar Associations, as well as the New Jersey Defense Associations.
